On February 29, 2008, the Navasota Blues Fest suffered a devastating loss - their entire office burned to the ground! The Fest lost 12 years of memorabilia; scrapbooks filled with programs, posters, newspaper articles and more. Also lost was all pertinent data dealing with all Fest areas. Neither the computer nor the back-up computer could not be saved. All office furniture: desk, file cabinets, chairs and more were lost. The loss has been debilitating to the Fest, The Fest is asking for donations of memorabilia, office furniture and equipment or anything you think we would be able to use.

The Navasota Blues Fest would like to thank the following businesses and individuals for their help in getting reorganized since the fire. Donations include office furniture, misc. office supplies, money toward office suppklies, typing of blues fest info, sorting through salvagable items from fire, use of building to store blues fest items and more. The Blues Fest sincerely appreciates all efforts toward our reorganization. Thanks to:
